GENERAL BARREL ACTION AND RIFLE WORK
Chamber and fit barrel to action. Check firing pin protrusion. Check headspace. Cut and crown barrel. Forge bolt handle. Install auto pistol compensator. Install Barrel band swivel. Install liner in barrel. Install muzzle brake. Install or adjust trigger pull. Install pre-threaded and chambered barrel. Install safety. Lap barrel. Lap in bolt lugs. Make and install springs. Make chamber cast. Modify 1911 autoframe for beaver tail safety. Raconteur front or rear receiver ring. Remove fired case from chamber. Remove fouling from barrel. Remove live round from chamber. Remove destruction from bore. Straighten and adjust barrel. Test fire customer gun. Weld on new bolt handle
Bevel magazine well of 1911 auto. Chamfer revolver barrel. Chamfer revolver cylinder. Checker front of frame on 1911 auto. Fit and install barrel bushing on 1911 auto. Fit barrel to 1911 auto. Fit custom hammer to 1911 auto. Fit new trigger to 1911 auto. Install crane lock. Open and modify ejection port of 1911 auto slide. Re-barrel revolver. Remove/modify revolver hammer spur. Revolver action job. Semi-auto pistol action job. Stipple frame. Straighten crane on revolver. Tighten slide on 1911 auto.
Bead, Sandblast or wire brush stainless steel. Browning. Color Case Hardening. Engine-turning bolt. Engine-turning small parts. Metal checkering. Oxynate 7 (TM) Re-bluing. Handguns, Rifles, Shotguns. Abrasive or Bead Blast finish. Hunter Finish: to include pits and old finish are removed, gun finished off with #140 grit polish on loose wheel. Deluxe Finish: To include same as hunter finish followed with # 240 and # 400 grit polish with all screw holes and corners protected and square. Master Finish: Same as Deluxe finish followed with all polishing marks removed, no ripples, and buffed to a mirror finish with # 555 grit polish. Parkerizing. Slow Rust Bluing.
MUZZLE LOADER WORK
Lock Tuning, Pull Ball, Remove broken ramrod from barrel.
Back-Boring, Install adjustable choke, Install Poly-Choke Rib, Install rifled slug barrel. Long forcing cone, Make new hinge pin, Open/Modify choke or screw-in choke tube, Polish chamber/bore. Raise dent in barrel, Re-solder forend lug. Re-solder rib. Sleeve barrel.
Bore sighting customer gun. Build up or construct extra high pistol front sight. Cut dovetail in barrel. Drill and tap barrel or receiver for sights. Install front or mid-rib bead on shotgun. Install front sight ramp. Install insert in pistol sight. Install receiver sights. Install target rib sight on handgun. Pattern shotgun. Scope mounting. Sight in customer gun.
Camouflage painting stock. Fit, bed and finish fiberglass stock blank. Glass bedding barrel and action. Inletting and finishing of semi-finished stock. Install adjustable butt plate. Install adjustable comb hardware. Install cross bolt. Install recoil pad. Install recoil reducer. Install sling swivels. Pre-finished synthetic stock Fit and install barreled action. Re-cutting and checkering. Wood Finishing: Gunsmith Finish, Hunter Finish, Spray Finish, Lacquer or Polyurethane.
